This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to AIspire, a product of 365 Software, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using AIspire, you agree to the terms outlined here.

We are committed to protecting your personal information, ensuring transparency about how we collect and use it, and giving you meaningful control over your data.

• Name, email address, phone number, and profile details.
• Login credentials, including Single Sign-On (SSO) methods such as Google or Apple.

• Pages and features accessed within AIspire.
• Device and browser details, IP addresses, and session activity.

• Goals, milestones, and tasks you set.
• Media uploads, such as images for vision boards or mileston celebrations.
• Posts, comments, likes, and other interactions within your Support Circle.

• Personalized roadmap suggestions and milestone breakdowns.
• Expert recommendations generated by AI.
• Motivational prompts tailored to your progress.

We use your information to:

• Provide, personalize, and improve AIspire.
• Enable Support Circle features for collaboration and sharing.
• Recommend experts, resources, and services.
• Deliver AI-generated goal roadmaps, tasks, and motivational content.
• Process transactions and manage subscriptions.
• Communicate important updates, alerts, and support messages.
• Ensure compliance with legal obligations.

In AIspire, you may create and share:

• Vision boards with uploaded images.
• Posts and milestone updates in your Support Circle.
• Comments, likes, and reactions to other users’ posts.

You control your audience — content can be visible only to members you invite into your Support Circle.

AIspire provides:

• AI-generated goal roadmaps based on your inputs.
• Task and milestone suggestions derived from proven success frameworks.
• Motivational prompts delivered at optimal times.
• Recommendations of experts and local services to accelerate goal achievement.

Our AI does not make decisions for you — it provides suggestions, and you choose whether to act on them.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information:

• With trusted service providers who help us operate AIspire (e.g., cloud hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors).
• With AI providers (such as OpenAI or other AI APIs) when generating personalized suggestions, strictly for delivering requested features.
• When required by law or legal process.
• To protect our rights, users, or the public.
• In the event of a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition.

AIspire may use third-party services and software development kits (SDKs) to support analytics, authentication, payments, notifications, and AI functionality. These services may collect device identifiers, usage data, or transaction details in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Examples include:

• Google Firebase / Analytics (app performance, crash reports, usage metrics)
• Stripe or App Store / Google Play billing (payments and subscriptions)
• Apple / Google SSO (account login)
• AI API providers such as OpenAI (to generate roadmap suggestions and motivational prompts)

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers.

We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

When you delete your account, your AIspire data (including posts, uploads, and Support Circle interactions) may be removed or anonymized, except where retention is required for compliance.

AIspire is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by local law in your region, e.g., 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children..

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us their data, please contact us at hello@aispire.app.

You have the right to:

• Access and receive a copy of your personal data.
• Request corrections or updates.
• Request deletion of your data, subject to legal limitations.
• Opt out of marketing communications.
